BFEE has only really seemed fascinated with BF4 and BF1 so it's not surprising that they just stopped caring about newer games

It's quite dated. The map sizes are really impressive for the time and it plays really nicely but there is a bit of jank to the gunplay and due to DICE's budget at the time, you might see certain weapons recycled in wrong places and there is a lot of jank but it overall still is very playable
