the full server issue was solved with the match maker, if that was people's only problem (which it was for some). The issue with full on community control comes to servers with bad settings and people flocking to those, (because they suck and blame false issues, like launchers, snipers or grenades)

that said, BF6's portal will give people enough control to make equivalently good private servers anyway. It's already happened in 2042s portal. It's just that weird point/leveling/stat/T1 farming community makes some of the most awkward portal servers that are popular for that...

Has anyone else experienced this? I run SUPPORT 90% of the time and get zealous when I see a dozer. In the past, I’ve had dozers back up for me, but now there’s no chance of getting a kill through the dozer shield with a defib.

Hey everyone, I just encountered a bug where a server I made is starting up as a different mode each time I load it. For instance, right now I am somehow in OUTBREAK mode with Hardcore settings and seemingly able to load up to 128 people. I am on the older version however, PS4 / XB1. Is there anyone who would be willing to add me and join up to see if this will allow for more players than generally allowed for this mode?

also, if you stay on the same portal server through multiple rounds, it'll keep compounding how many tokens you earn that entire server session, showing the count of every token you got during your entire current run on the server and not just that round. so you're not getting 20 per game, you just earned 20 total since you got there.

There is a vehicle section and gun section too for stuff that is locked. It'll tell you what to do in order to unlock something.

-Weeks 4-7 will now give 64 points instead of 55. This equates to 9 points every week, or 36 points total.
-This will reduce the amount of XP tiers you need. You will now gain (55x3)+(64x4) points from missions instead of (55x7), which means you need to farm 3.6 less tiers from XP as you will now get 421 instead of 385 XP points. This means you need to farm 17.9 XP tiers, which is considerably less than the earlier 21.5. You will need to farm around ~500k XP less. Keep in mind you will need to farm an extra tier for every bonus weekly you miss.

So, to be done with XP at each week:

W6: 53.6
W7: You need to be done this week. Pass disappears on Oct 7.

I think my number 1 gripe with 2042 is drone lockons in closed spaces. It has the hardest time realizing that I am actually in range locking onto a target to EMP.

LVT Recon used to be the better vehicle to get to T1.... 3 years ago. Today, we don't have the same skills and equipment on the Engineer anymore. So between now and BF6 release? What vehicle would be quickest to get to t1?

I'm old and slow, hardly ever used vehicles, highest leveled one is Mastery 13.

I used the LATV4 Recon to get the T1 vehicle achievement a couple months ago. I mainly did it on breakthrough by playing as Blasco and using her infiltration device and TUGS to farm disruption and spot assists. Just spawn in the LATV, deploy those two on the objectives or wherever there are large groups of people, and hop back in to the LATV where you can watch the assists roll in from a safe spot.

Its a good vehicle to T1 because it is always available
