the regular knife in the version i played was some horrible 33.34% dmg knife that took like 1.5 seconds to swing and only worked for takedowns like 30% of the time and each take down was like a 3-4s event and completely ruined immersion every time you used it

To give a bit more information, in no previous pass to my knowledge has there been any reward tied to 100% mission completion. Doing so made getting their relevant badge that much easier, but that would be for 2042, and this pass does not have a badge associated. Far as the final calling card text seems to indicate, the end of the BP is the finality of 2042, fittingly a tornado.

The only thing thats really lame about pilots are the stealth helis, theres literally no counter unless someone is running Rao to hack the damn thing, and thats only if its in range to be hacked, and THEN someone on the engineer side of things has to actually hit it with AA to bring it down.

DirectX crashes are probably related to your GPU, clean install your latest drivers and try to validate the game files.

If none of this works and its still unstable, you might want to disable XMP or DOCP in bios to see if a memory overclock is causing stability issues.

Hey there guys, I've been having weird connection issues in BF2042 recently and its really confusing me. During gameplay, the server performance icon (the box one that's supposed to indicate server performance issues, not client issues) is flashing yellow or red and sometimes it causes rubberbanding with my movement, and a few times it even disconnected me from matches. The weird thing is outside of that, there's no lag issues ingame? At least no usual ones. Players aren't teleporting, hitreg is working fine, actions are working fine, its just the symbol, and the ocassional rubberband and disconnect. My internet speed is great and the ping itself is very low, and like I said, this only started happening recently, didn't have any issue like this until now.
If its worth mentioning, NFS2015 also shows connection error messages mid gameplay since this issue has started so maybe EA servers can't hit my ISP's connection properly or something?

BF2042 had a rough launch but after 4 years its possibly one of the best BF games I've ever played (except BF Hardline that game was just overpriced DLC) also BF2042 had no season pass nonsense all maps, vehicles, weapons and operators are Free! The only thing you had to pay for was the skins but I didn't have to pay for those either since DICE started giving some of them away for free. And if you sucked at the game or just wanna chill and get the full BF experience with moderate XP it has solo/co op servers. And the portal was a nice touch too being able to revisit different BF games. Take notes EA I want want BF6 to have what BF2042 has but I don't wanna wait 4 F***kin years for it to be fixed! It's gotta all be up and running without problems on day one!
