but it made up for it with themes. Most cod campaigns are carried by their characters

It also had the most enemy diversity and level design in the series arguably but that's not a high standard for COD imo. Other shooters have way higher bars for level design, enemy variety, mechanics, and narrative imo

Sometimes two can be hit with one blast if they are close together, but usually it is one at a time on a cooldown.

The lack of true sub-classes(despite them having what should have been such) is the only reason I cannot agree with that sentiment. Sub-classes with their own locked weapons that make sense for what role they serve I would be down for, but open weapons allows for the sub-classes they decided not to make.

The whole reason it is the spotlight weapon is Dice envisions Support being the suppression role, staying on a line firing at the enemy and resupplying the team. Problem is they never played their own game before to realize Medics are important and they only made a half-baked sub-class that retains the same required weapon.

Difference between both is mostly (which is a very good idea) the level 0 that allow other players to interact with you. If you are medic, their are healed, if you are ammo, you are refilled. medics also have stronger protect covers while supports have more supressing power

Depends on the game, most of them AAA modern games say you need an SSD, some will run on an HDD but poorly, some won't. Starfield for example straight up doesn't work without an SSD (though a SATA is sufficient). Baldur's Gate 3 does, but you will get texture pop in.

Gen 5 is pointless, unless the game supports directstorage (virtually no games do) it's usually a fraction of a second difference in loading time difference from gen 4, even though they're double the speed in theory
