Try to complete ribbons in every match, complete 3 ribbons will give you 4K XP, so if you have like 4 complete sets you will have 16K XP per match

Well now wait.. Flashpoint was the first map where they focused on 64p first. In fact, Flashpoint was originally a dev testing map that they realized checked a lot of the boxes for what players were looking for. They just had to dust off some things and fix some sniper lanes.

The best part of BRs, including WZ in the past (For me) was you got moments of intense combat, followed by lulls where you can gear and loot. In those in-between downtime moments you could chill and chat with your mates, catch up, ETC.
Those moments have disappeared from modern WZ. Its just a constant sweat fest, where either you have to fight someone, or someone is trying to fight you.

I think the pacific theatre is where we finally had air fields but DICE really did try (and they did a good job) to keep planes at their own sides of the map.
It was the one good thing about attrition for planes.
Attrition badly hurt tank and infantry gameplay but it was better for planes.

This all comes likely from a squeeze to optimize game and map creation time tho.
Like if a higher up asks "How can we speed up the process of map creation". An obvious way is to remove the requirement for each map to have a dedicated base, airfield, and/or airfield. this alone also removes required testing of each map for aircraft take off/landing, ETC.

Almost all BF trailers are in-engine but I get what you mean, BFV reveal trailer had a pretty good structure imo even when people didn't liked it, it starts out as a cinematic trailer but turns into gameplay towards the end

Assist = 5
Revive = 10
Sector capture = 15
Repair, heal or resupply action = 1
Thats how the scoreboard points are tallied. Its shown at the top of the board.
