I think Call of Duty is a more "tactical" level shooter compared to Battlefield which is more "operational" scale combat. There's no doubt in my mind that Call of Duty requires a lot of skill to excel at, nor do I have any doubt that Battlefield also requires a lot of skill to excel at; what sets them apart in my view is what skills they require.

And as a qualified recce nerd, I can not help but prefer the larger scale of Battlefield over the appeal of Call of Duty. You can't quite do recce in a game like Call of Duty whereas in Battlefield you can easily do so.

Can spawn targets that move at walking or sprinting pace, either cardboard ones or animated dummies, can set up random target dots to flick to in space, switch gear in the round. We've made a slight change to Frontlines on #Battlefield2042 today.

Going forward the fallback timer (time between losing/gaining sectors) has been increased to 60s, up from 45.

This will allow additional time for the attacker to approach & contest new capture points.

This change is now live and may take some time to roll out across all Frontlines servers.

Me and my mate are trynna add each other on battlefield 2042 and I can't find his username he's on xbox new gen and I'm on ps5 new gen I have hum on ea because when I go on fifa 24 I can see him on my friends list but apparently I have 0 ea friends on battlefield

And when I try search his name it doesn't come up

I have an xbox account and when he logged into it on his xbox then went on battlefield he searched for his account on there and it came up but for me it still says I don't have him added

My search definitely works because I can search other people up and we both have our settings on so people can add us

I even tried searching for his username on my girlfriend account and it still didn't come up

And yes we both have crossplay on all our settings are working
