I'm sure this has been asked here before, but does anyone know how to get the game to launch? Have it on Steam, and have the EA app open, but it only says "preparing game" through the EA app, and does nothing. The game doesn't launch, and I've had no problems playing it before now (although I haven't played it in a month or two).

Helldivers 2 is weird for me because it only gets laggy when on the ship after people connect but then is flawless after and at times when there's too much happening it lags and then doesn't lag

game runs amazing 90% of the time though

planets that are mostly desolate moons like fenrir III are super smooth

but creek and other super intense foliage planets tend to run rougher

Even if you do kill initial defenders...the uncap speed is so slow that they get 2-3 chances to come back and kill you.

I get what they were going for with the slower flag uncaps. they wanted to stop solo back capping. My counter point is...why disallow that? If a solo player can make their way to a flag, and uncap it with no defense...why should an enemy team be rewarded for being too lazy to defend?

Why make it easier for defenders at all...balance wise...youre just making it harder for attackers, because??? Reasons?

No one defends, or stays on flags to defend in BF games anyways

Its stupid IMO. Its a defence game...you are defending, but they treat it like both teams are attacking

Most other games would allow defenders spawn first and set up defences

Such things would require good maps tho, which this game largely lacks for Rush

the layouts really seem like an afterthought

Only so much you can do to make such layouts work tho. I would personally prefer that not all maps support all modes. But thats just me. I would prefer all maps support CQ and BT/Frontlines (IMO Frontlines is a better mode than BT)...but not all have Rush

Angel is mostly useless these days anyways

• No longer gives armor (Was a good change, just remove armor)
• Ammo box is better than his pouch
• Ammo pouch is the same as his gadget pouch
• His large resupply box is too slow to spawn/too situational to be useful on most modes
