I don’t use shotguns but mostly AR’s and SMG’s so I don’t know if that’s normal for a shotgun or not

I like playing up close but shottys are just planting themselves inside you to get a kill, especially on whatever fuck fest they wanted to go with for stadium💀

Also, thoughts on stadium? For me, I hate how one sided every match is on that map. I could try everything in the world to flank them til next week but some 5th grader’s just hiding in the corner like he stole from the cookie jar and just camps there the whole game🤬

When a player sees a tank in 2042, they think "Oh, which of the 20 ways I have been given will I kill this tank with"...in other games you just ran, cos they could kill you fast, you couldnt kill them fast.

I dont even know how would would make tanking/vehicle play better in 2042. Maybe a significant change to how armor takes damage would make the combine arms aspect have more depth.

For example if you changed the damage values based on front, side back. EG something like...

• Front armor takes 50% less damage
• Side armor takes 25% less damage
• Rear armor takes 25% more damage.

A change like this would mean 2 rockets to the rear would kill a tank, making position of your hit matter much more in combat. BF4 handled this well. I always tried to save rockets to get a rear hit.

I don't like how tanks in their current state basically promote ratting in spawn and sniping people off from bumfuck nowhere

I think buffing her AA capabilities to where she can oneshot attack helicopters (and possibly do more to transport helos) but reducing damage versus tanks would unironically be great

in bf3 i used to fly planes a lot, wouldn't say that i was a pro, but i wasn't a super noob
now me trying to play planes in bf 2042
either i get nuked with AA missiles ( i don't mind )
or i get nuked by other planes ( i don't mind it either )
what i mind is, by the looks of it, enemy planes are moving like there is 0 enertia, and i am moving like i am flying with a 10 tonns strapped to me,

flying does not function in this game like the older ones, you will be used to holding your afterburners infinitely but do not do this, rotations are faster using miniscule amounts at a time or you will have a delayed turn, you'll need to adjust your sensitivity in the flight controls to be higher aswell

this game's systems are quite different to the old ones, so you're going to die near immediately, just something you'll have to expect to happen

Aircraft on 100 is fine, that’s just a multiplier of that base sens for specific vehicle types, but you need some level of control still

Soldier models can clip through thin walls or roofs - allowing anyone keen-eyed to take a shot and get a kill because their hitboxes clip through the walls too.

Logically speaking, I don't think it's a "feature" they should fix, because if you're up against a thin wall, and someone shoots through that wall and manages to hit you, that bullet is still going to have plenty of energy to do a good deal of damage.

The only thing they should really "fix," is the possibility of soldier models and hitboxes clipping through these thin layers and replace it with guns' ability to fire through those walls entirely.

BC2 had thin corrugated walls that could be shot through for kills, and certain pieces of wrecked houses will pass bullets.

I never played the original but still dont like the map. If ur gonna make a CQB map dont put so many zip lines and access points to b flanked.
Going off the release notes all they chaged as in zip lines were taking out the elevators n replacing them with zips. I could b wrong that this only change but its only 1 i picked up on from notes.
Tbh the number of levels isnt issue for me as it does represent wot a stadium is designed like with promonades for each level.
