I think it might be helpful if the more times you push into a base the more reinforcements you get.

So the first time you hit the enemy base, you get 40 tickets. If you get pushed out and come back, you have 60 tickets. This way it becomes easier to overwhelm a team eventually.

The wildcat is tricky... it's balanced only by the fact that not many people use it correctly or in the right location. It's crazy easy to shoot down a helo with the wildcat otherwise.
