But my rule of thumb with LMG optics is to use that or otherwise the longest range optic available.

Obv I carry irons or another close range optic for the rare occasions.

One thing I notice about the M416 irons is that they point low.

Anyways, I'm nearly 2/3 of the way to T1 the SVD. The more matches I have where I curb stomp some kids even when my own team is getting curb stomped, all the better and quicker.

I think I had a 5 or 6 kill feed with it once. I've led the team in kills on several matches, and I've repeatedly bashed this gun.

One of BF2042 biggest problems (in addition to how terrible it is to play specific persons in a BF game) is that most specialists don't instigate teamplay at all, Mackay could have a BFH type of zipline for everyone to use instead of personnal one, Paik could have a spotting instrument in a 15 meters radius for the whole team instead of a personnal one for example
