thats OK IMO. The issue with C5 ATM, is that it encourages vehicle charging. Paired with casual respawn based modes...there is next to no downside to charging a tank.

Brawler is the (Nonsensical) exception, because they for some reason gave it damage resistance to C5 and AT mines.

As well as Anti personell nades and APS at the same time.

(Which again, makes no sense for vehicle balance, but I get that they are also trying to make a fun casual game)

2. did you update all your drivers? I don't really know how to update all drivers manually so I use my motherboard software "MSI Center", you might have to find your own way to do it.

3. try running the game as Administrator

4. if you search "cmd.exe" or find it in your start menu (idk if win11 is the same) you can do type "SFC /scannow" into the console to verify the integrity of your windows system files, and repairs them.

• That usually fixes most problems for me, but restarting your computer and reinstalling the game never hurts to do either.

Another battlefield-specific issue that I encountered a few times is having to reinstall the game's anticheat:

regarding the m5a3 specifically there’s an interesting timeline
• NGSW program begins, with entries from SIG, general dynamics and another company
• 2042 is revealed/released featuring the sig entry, named the m5a3
• sig is selected as the victor of the NGSW program, designated as the xm5
• people go “oh cool 2042 got it correct down to the name lol”
• i guess they realised that colt has a rifle named the M5 already so they would run into copyright issues later
• the rifle is redesignated as the xm7

the general dynamics entry (i believe) is the rm68, known as the rm277 irl
