Devs increased CPU utilization drastically with this update, the game is now able to use more CPU threads, which is now maxing out CPUs. Change up your GPU settings and select max performance over quality, sounds like you're CPU bottlenecked. Ray tracing will hit your CPU harder don't go anywhwere near it. A few changes should ease the bottleneck but it won't give you more frames, see how that goes 🙂
btw there's also a cpu cores usage fix you can easily find on youtube which involves adding 4 lines to your .cfg game file for amd users

the cpu usage issue is due to the update, for amd users it can happen that all your cores are not being used. for the RX 6600 go into armory crate settings and tweak the card to performance rather than quality. Same in game. There are numerous guides I could share a couple if you like?

MCS is a one shot up to 15 with a potential of 20m. Thats fine for conquest but its still quite strong and possibly the best a shotgun can be in a shooter like Battlefield.
The 12m is a Potential 2 shot up to 15 meters and its literally supposed to inaccurate past 5. And considering its TTK its blatantly stronger than SMGs and goes toe to toe with the SVK and G4 in TTK in CCQ

The only reason the A-10 has remained in service was because they added targeting capabilities to it in one of its many retrofits.
JDAMs are the only way to go now.
Really wish there was a better way to designate targets for F-35s to hit in BF2042.
