@remote kiln I just reinstalled the game and I'm playing on 2880 DLDSR everything maxed out, but it doesn't matter if it's lowest settings or max my cpu usage in taskmanager still tells me 80-84% on ultra settings with raytracing 150-180 fps in conquest, but nvidia overlay tells me 40-50 cpu usage. And on lowest settings still same cpu usage it does not change no matter what I change.

as I said you cannot influence the CPU scheduling especially with a 4090, you are CPU limited at such a small resolution which is why the game is scaling the maximum amount of possible threads, if you want it to go away upgrade to 4k or use process lasso and band the thread allocation, you don't have any other choice, your settings will not change your situation

like for me engineer is a class made by the class gadgets not the specialist gadgets, but crawford just gets objectively better utility out of them and boris doesn't really have anything to compensate
