Haven’t had that issue w 2042 but w bf4 my friend and I can get the game to open, I can see active servers but it crashes or says it has issues w ea. we’ve completely uninstalled it, reinstalled, repaired it etc n it gives a ea error code I’ve never seen. N what’s weird is usually when games can’t connect to the ea server i can’t see any active servers in the search or anything
Tldr when I tried to figure it out the only thing I could find after trying all the fixes was ppl saying some people have had issues with games they had through origin n the only fix was having a friend w the origin download files share them, redownload origin n then try going thru opening it there and then after it launches through ea they could uninstall origin
