For example, if I'm not mistaken, you can create portal maps which will kill you instantly when you go out of bounds, which would suggest such a system would logically exist on a map that you're not supposed to on any level be outside of bounds

Unfortunately though even my solution wouldn't solve your problem

The amount of people complaining about this would suggest it's a very popular exploit. However, in my own experience I'm not finding people running into this ever since. I have made it very obvious how to do it
