I do think though that one of the reasons why working off of teammates happens less in this is due to the sheer map size. Take Al Marj for instance, you are always shoulder to shoulder with someone, so you tend to move in clusters as groups of different classes. When even in something like redacted people still tend to be spread out, so it just happens less

If your team doesn't spawn a vehicle, or if they do but the vehicle gets filled fast, nothing makes you spawn next to your teammates, it's easy to get separated while on foot at the start of the game
That being said you can kinda force teamplay by sticking with them if your teammates don't naturally stick to you
You can even snag some instant revives if you're on top of them when they get downed

you'll be able to unlock all attachments for weapons, vehicles etc but you won't gain that much xp - it's also not going to give you all that much feel for the game as the bots tend to behave fairly differently

The G428 is a DM7 with 3x worse damage falloff and I think(?) worse velocity. It’s really weird trying to hit targets with because it just seems so insignificant to fire it. The DM7 and SVK at least have higher velocities, more logical damage range for DMRs, and recoil to match.
I maxed it out on bots quickly to get the scopes I wanted, and was really unhappy when I figured out that it doesn’t do anything well that I expected it to.

Well, recounting how this one player knew exactly where and when to shoot, I recall that I was not spotted (yellow warning) and saw no gadgets to give away my position. All I was doing was aiming at what I thought was to be a corner he was going to come around. He did, but he came around the corner 1st pixel shooting directly at my head. Sorry this is happening to you but I have not been able to recreate it in Solo/Co-op bot rounds, I can notice a what I would describe as a camera lag or something, the screen goes black for like a blink of an eye but I'm still able to see and control the rocket, it does the same thing when entering vehicles but it still continues to work, you should get a video of this and have it posted, though its Solo/Coop, and I've never heard of this happening in official matches so its probably not on the agenda of the devs, or even on their radar, as its not happening to everyone.
