i woudlnt say the g42 is "broken" its strong, but it does have its weaknesses. same with vhx, its good for close range but not great medium-long unless ur a god at controlling the recoil. ive used both a bit and still stick to my ol faithful scar or bsv for conquest since its good for most distances

Like if I see someone's barrel shaking back and forth. That's a indication the Aim Assist is dial up pasted the threshold with extra AA or soft lock. Stuff like that. Whether their cheating or not. they're almost entirely outclassed by the AM40 and the VHX
cuz these two are more or less SMGs but with an AR headshot multiplier

SMGs require you enact a playstyle of close quarters combat. So they are harder to use, but I don't think they are outclassed, just not as allround as previous games.

smgs are meant for cqc, but the problem is when the vhx and am40 have similar cqc ttks when going center mass, and exponentially faster ttks when going for the head
AND they work better for mid range because they're classed as ARs so their damage falloff is much better
AND the am40 has one of the fastest reloads in the game

Am40 feels like it's mostly exempt from negative mag Multipliers.
High powered reloads as slow as you would expect.
But standard drum reloads super quick, even for a drum.
