What’s more annoying is the shockingly close range at which it becomes a 3 shot kill right when you need it to be a 2.

One game back with the DM7, and I don’t see myself using the G428 much more. Damage range is all over the place and the lack of recoil feels weird

The only niche I found in the DM7 is its slightly better than the VCAR at range.

VCAR never felt quite right to me, no matter how I tried it

As in: It maintains a 3 BTK at longer ranges than the VCAR.

Treat it like a CQC weapon

Short barrel, LWG and CQC Extended

Its less bloomy than DM7 as well

yeah dm7 has needed some love for a while

was underwhelming and underperforming before 6.0

tbh i dont think it ever really recovered from launch, it was one of the best guns in the game comparatively, very popular pick because it was the only thing people had unlocked that felt good to use so it got nerfed when other stuff was brought up to a better level

but it's always felt like a little off since then imo which is annoying because i love the way it looks
