Once uninstalled, click install on the same window. then try to launch the game again

For example...if you enable AI, XP is restricted/limited by default

One of the many reasons Portal has failed. Its impossible to build up a server without AI to backfill/keep the server active...but at the same time its impossible to fill most servers with XP is limited.

Its why I wish they just disabled XP on bot interactions (kills, revives, resupplies, ETC) but allowed AI be used in full XP servers.

You can shoot out the engines, harass or kill the pilot, etc

It definitely makes life harder
