The suggestion is to remove the ability for the victim to ping the killer during the kill cam sequence when at a distance in excess of ~40 meters when using light suppressors and subsonic ammunition, and ~20 meters when using heavy suppressors and subsonic ammunition. This would encourage the use of both classes of suppressors and subsonic ammunition in spite of the reduced velocity and damage.
