Literally just sprint straight past the first two flags and into the tunnels, once you reach the border between B and C flags there'll be a white pallet/box there where you can place a T-UGS to spot any enemies that run past there and then proceed on your merry way through the tunnels to A or D and place down a spawn beacon and harass the fuck out of the enemy team from behind. Recipe for disastrous success.

Not that I know of. I have however noticed it stops giving "Enemy Spotted 6xp" messages once you respawn which is rather odd.

But in my limited testing it still does spot enemies.
