I don't think these games are same the core gameplay loop is same yes and 10+ studio definitely delivered many maps in the same year but for WZ II it got al mazrah, ashika island, building 21, koschei complex, vondel, then raids also had it's own locations multiplayer in the beginning had less maps then they increased the number of maps sooooooo these 10 studios definitely made a lot of content in 1 year then 2042 released in 2 year and what you guys got was just rework in the name of content so each season you received only 1 map and that's what they will continue now

Like Exposure is super attacker sided, especially since they get an altitude advantage on nearly all objectives

B2/C2 are impossible to hold when the offensive team can parachute in all game long

But C1, the final objective, is super defender sided if you watch the flanks

I really do love Exposure but for Breakthrough, it isn’t balanced much.

To be honest, a large part of the issue is the transport vehicles. Take Orbital for instance, the Hind is the backbone of the entire attacking team’s push. It also lets them get a near constant stream of new squads into A2, behind the defending team. You can’t effectively guard A2 without sacrificing troops at A1, since thats facing the brunt of the attack.
