The one thing I will say about COD is at least they have an army of developers pushing out post launch content yearly.

Tons of maps, tons of modes, tons of weapons, always some event going on, always a new battle pass, can easily earn the currency for the next one and so on and so fourth. No way Battlefield can return to world class status again without significant investment from EA.

They have to be willing to spend hundreds of millions to even remotely come close to BF3 and BF4 levels of content. They haven’t, they seemingly won’t, and that’s why we are here with peanuts while COD is not. It sucks as a Battlefield fan.
