The levolution is triggered when the specialist Oppenheimer groups up with at least 4 other teammates also using Oppenheimer and they have to peform a series of staring contests to trigger the nuke. Context : Cillian Murphy has hypnotizing eyes so it is the only logical levolution trigger for this map.
