CPU wise the 13600K will be the best upgrade for you then considering what battlefield demands. If you could throw a bit more money, A 13700 would work a bit better cause it'll have more cores and vcache.

Your GPU is "ok" but it should be the next thing you should upgrade.

You'll suffer from a bottle neck but you'll be fine under CPU intensive situations.

A Guide to Rao's Hack Gadget:

The hack gadget allows players to "hack" stuff. This works based on line of sight and works through smoke from a range of 100-200m depending on target. When a target is hacked it spots every enemy around it in a 10m radius and reveals them briefly.

Rao's gadget can hack 3 distinct classes of target, each with different effects:

Infantry
Vehicles
World interactables

Going from simplest to most complex, world interactables when hacked will simply be activated like if you activated their terminal. Vehicle blockers will be raised or lowered depending on what state they're currently in. Programmable doors (doors which can be given a team affiliation to open or close automatically) will be assigned to your team. These are hacked almost instantly and can be hacked up to 100m away.
This also applies to most gadgets and different gadgets react differently to being hacked. Explosive gadgets like AT mines, claymores, and C5 will just disappear when hacked. Spotting gadgets like TUG-S or Blasco's infiltration beacon will stop working for a brief period, as well as spawn beacons and Irish's shootdown sentinel. Casper's drone can be hacked to make it stop moving, allowing you to shoot it. Ranger drones also become immobile and can't shoot.

Vehicles take the longest to hack and can be hacked up to 200m away. When hacked, it spots all players in the vehicle, damages all parts of the vehicle (making it harder to gain acceleration, steer, move the main gun, etc), and paints the target for lock-on like SOFLAM. On stealth helicopters, this also brings them out of stealth mode. Anyone in the vehicle weapon station has an EMP effect applied to their screen. This effect lasts for 7 seconds and afterwards the target has a firewall that prevents hacking them again for 10 seconds.

Infantry take about .5 seconds to hack and can be hacked up to 100m away. When hacked, all enemies around the target are spotted and revealed for one second through all obstacles including walls and smoke. The hack effect (but not the reveal) lasts 7 seconds. During that time, the player has a warning indicating they're hacked and has an EMP effect on screen. If the hacked player dies during this, the rest of their squad is revealed through walls to you and your squad for the remainder of the hack.
