one shot and a followup machine gun for jeeps.
Sheeeeit, you can kill jets too.
I enjoy sniper hunting too, the scope glare is a dead giveaway.
Very difficult vehicle to push with, but your survival rate goes up if you push with infantry.

Best? There isnt really a best, its all very subjective, if you ask a more specific question like "what sniper rifle is best for long range sniping", then we could perhaps give an informative answer.
Also recons are really not only for sniping, my most used recon combo is actually a casper with the M5A3, as casper is good for flanking or defending objectives

Also for the RM just use arcom with BCG light grip.
Keep in mind. In this game nothing really modifies your sprint out times.
ADS times are affected by the type of optics you are using.
