You can unlock all atachements against A.I (Solo/Coop match) but you don't get the mastery for it past T3 (350 kills iirc). But sometimes atachements lock themselves up, so you need to "brute force" it by getting a kill in normal match or in aim trainer

You can even get the attachements with specific requirements like 250m headshots and such
