Well that’s part of the problem. It wasn’t even just about detail. They got nervous what 128 players would do and even made the maps too big for 128 players. The game was only balanced around conquest so breakthrough with 128 was abysmally bad as well. They should have stuck with 64 players to keep the game balanced
