although coaching is more for when you don't really know what it is you want to work on

I'm at the point where I can usually discern myself where the problems lie and can fix them myself, but if I get stuck down the line I'd definitely consider it

Management however are massively out of touch in such a way as to have driven away all core talent with experience from the company.
