Average human reaction speed is around 300ms on the low side when accounting for latency and computer lag, there's extra reaction time while the brain identifies what damage you took and what caused it since airburst isn't immediately obvious, then you have to move far enough to avoid the third shot (even with superhuman reaction speed you cant dodge the second hit) and the time it takes for the second and third to land after the first hits is under a second

The average player doesn't stand a chance in hell of dodging it
