I think I get what you mean at least. If you pull your mouse up or down incredibly quickly it will continue to pitch even if you have stopped moving. It’s supposed to allow you to then reposition the mouse in order to keep turning, but often times it can have you veering off target if you accidentally move it too fast during a turn

I can think of a couple ways to instantly make Boris better

1. Make his turret lock onto Caspers drone up to 35 meters away
2. Enemies pinged or spotted by Boris will be locked onto by hus turret
3. Vehicles shot by Boris's turret can be locked onto by launchers
4. Buff the damage of Boris's turret vs infantry
5. Buff the health of Boris's turret vs small arms
