DXR-1: best sniping ability
NTW-50: not good for sniping but it does 1HK within 20m or something
Gol Sniper Magnum: fastest scope-in

Other thing I've had to try other than the suggestions already provided, is to try matchmaking and let it run the whole 2 minutes until it times out. Then exit the game and it EA App should understand there is now an update to apply. I have the Origin version though, not sure if Steam would benefit from that tactic.

The Green and Black FALT skins are supposed to be a CIA kill squad sent for Oz and the crews of the Exodus and Impavido at Flashpoint in the Richtersveld, South Africa. The big problem is that Russian soldiers can wear these against the canonical faction that uses them. Its partially a result of a universal cosmetic system in an arcade shooter...but its a huge problem for lore comprehensibility.
