I don't think the NTW needs a buff. I think it needs more attachment and ammo options to balance out it's extreme drop off. It's the lowest range sniper and I assume it's that way to use it towards it being an anti vehicle weapon. So why not give it the versatility to Excell in that mid range area it's intended to occupy?
