I'm not defending the existence of the screen you can't go straight past. I've complained / given feedback since BF4 about slow menu navigation.
What I'm saying is that just because we are frustrated with it - we as a community should not make the experience worse for all (including ourselves) by leaving games early, as that results in everyone getting into games that ends soon more often.

Now that I think about it, containers actually aren't really that common in 2042. Spearhead, Exposure, Kaleidoscope, Hourglass, Orbital, and Renewal don't have containers on them (that I can remember). Flashpoint, Stranded, Breakaway, Discarded, and Manifest do. Flashpoint and Stranded are effectively Oz bases and the containers are used essentially like office cubicals. Breakaway has some because it's a military base. Discarded uses many as makeshift houses. Manifest is just a fucking shipping port.
