Shotguns have 1.0x HSM so if you aim for the head you are loosing damage as more pellets will be missing.

The key point when they were discussing the anti cheat is that it remembers the movement, and if a ban player comes back it will remember the movement they had and ban them on that.

They said it's like how casinos remember their customers based on how they walk
