The game still has two active recoil bugs, the gunplay is terrible with no mechanics or skill gap allowing people with AR's to beam people from over 100 meters away, various things in this game are just poorly balanced or not well considered at all, the SPH launcher and the TOR tank being prime examples.

Sadly zavod night map was one of the most voted maps in bf4 after it released

But a night map in 2042 is absurd, there would be no hiding the giant glowing dot on your torso

Even without lights I can very easily see enemies unless they’re in a dark corner which eh

V looks good but has so many readability issues especially with targets against and in natural terrain and vegetation

I do enjoy slinking in the shadows and knifing people who run by... but alas with the design of 2042 that would be impossible

and knowing this iteration of DICE, if they did do night maps, you can almost be certain they will forget to add lights to the vehicles, making them pretty much invisible

you remember gun master? I hated gun master, but it was a staple in the server I frequented, so I turned it into knife master. Got really good, I think I was top 3% with melee kills in bf4

in bf 2042 when they see you pulling out your knife, they will shower you with 200 lmg bullets

trust me i do this often
