lol, was actually my DNS not responding, tested on a few other computers. realized some similar timed issues with discord audio cut outs was my internet just yeeting out for 10-15s on me
at least the error was your device is correctly configured but your resource dns server is not responding
just restarted the modem and router, have run some tests and it seems to have overall solved my issue
