If you want a consistent ads fov it’s the best way to make that happen
Basically it just make it so that whatever your hipfire sens is, it will adjust your ads sens so it feels like it matches it, which just feels nice
Otherwise I’m fairly sure you just have to manually adjust each scope sens value

Best way I could describe what I know about it is say you have a large wall in front of you in game. You have a dot at the centre where your crosshair will be and a dot on the side lined up with the edge of your screen. What USA does is make it so that if you want to move your crosshair from that centre dot to where the edge of your screen is, you move the same mouse distance every time
So a 4x which has a greater zoom, to move from the centre to the edge of your screen with that scope on would require the same movement as moving from the centre to the edge of your screen in hipfire
But the coefficient is like the point at which that lines up. A % of 177 is common because for 16:9 aspect ratios that follows the rules I just defined
But if you wanted to make it so that instead of the distances matching up from the centre to the edge of the screen, you wanted them to match up a point halfway between the centre and the edge of your screen, which needs a different coefficient
