I find getting the anti tank mines is only good if I can get them in the beginning of the game. Later in the game most tanks are just camping at a single spot the entire time

I would say one of the engineer class specialists is the way to go. The M5 Recoilless is an excellent all-around option for anti vehicle use, its high velocity even allows it decent viability against low flying aircraft with some good timing. lis is also a solid choice since they have a TV missile steered in flight. Secondary gadget is up to you, AT mines are nice for blocking roads, but C5 allows for a bit more direct use. I would also recommend either the AK-24 or SFAR-M as primary weapons, which both have underslung AT grenade options which are quite powerful and easy to use.

You could also use Sundance with AT nades alongside one of those two ARs, but you lose the AT launcher in that case

You're completely delusional if you think the user.cfg in 2042 gives you any sort of massive advantage. It gives you about 10 FPS because it disables an option you would typically be able to disable in any other FPS game ever made lol

One thing dice should do is make a stranded breakthrough mode like how they do with FNB with Flashpoint. Stranded is the best breakthrough map imo cuz I believe it's the only one with no vehicles

Not really. In Battlefield 4 I had multiple times a good team that revived and played the objective. Without being in a full squad of people that I actually know.
