Someone told me it's a bug. Hope it'll get fixed in the future.

Guys quick tip if you get the bug from the Steam version when you launch the game, that it doesn't launch and just launches the EA app, go into steam and in your Battlefield 2042 properties and verify game files. After that it should work again.
