That has been happening to me since launch of season 4. Its not a new bug. Masteries in the menu are at 0. But weapons and specialists still have tier 1 skins.. and the badges on the player card are still t1/red... but on the list in menu is 0. Delete cache and verify files (and reboot pc but this step might not be needed) is the only way to fix it. So this bug is not new to 4.0.1 update

i am really strugling with thisw for 4 days now.... i cant seem to get my game to launch (it opens up EA and closes it but after 1st attempt any further attempts does not get the game running just opens the EA and leaves it there on homepage).... i have been serching for solution and i tried;
- reainstalling the game
- clearing the steam cashe
- turned all overlays off and even resort to compleatly uninstalling my Razer synapse so that it wont conflict with the game what so ever
- removed all unecessary programs from task manager
- repairing the folder
- set the game to run on admin
- attempted to run the game on compatibility
none of these produced any kind of results what so ever.... these are all solutions i googled and there is nothing else i can find
