Think about how independently the attachments work. Tac comp will increase accuracy in the cost of increase overall recoil, Green laser improves moving hipfire accuracy and recoil by 5%. Warhawk decreases all general recoil but decreases accuracy while the BCG light grip improves moving accuracy and decreases stationary accuracy.

But yeah it is random.
