no it's stupid and didn't need to be done in the first place, ADS speed didn't need to get messed with, and this change is poorly considered because now LMG's have faster ADS times despite having bigger mags.

I just simply assumed that was a dev rationale, it wouldn't be out of character, especially since this is the source of the "We feel that SMG's are not weapons which should reward accuracy versus other weapon types" quote, which currently lives rent free in my head.

honestly, don't mess with ADS speeds at all. it's a year into the game's lifespan. if there were problems with how the game played before now, they would've been addressed in that time. This just strikes me as trying to stay busy, making up problems to fix.
