But you could still game with a relatively slow connection

WoT handles ping issues by using predictive modeling which gets things right "most" of the time.

So getting back to the guys actual question
....
If you have a CTD mid battle it's more likely from modeling since thats when things will intensify and more ships are visible
So get a performance monitor going and try to see what spikes during battles ie cpu, ram, gfx, disk use

I run windowed borderless i think and i dont really have issues. You could try alt-tabbing and seeing if thst wakes it up

if you stick with angel, then AC-42 probably isnt the best option, if you want to make use of the proficiency.
tbh Avancys might be the best bet once the proficiency system comes out with 3.2, seeing as support gets additional mags and better bipods
bipod would probably be most effective with PKP tho, but avancys is the best lmg
to make use of the AR proficiency, then using assault is your target.
the proficiency is just quicker sprint to fire time, so idk use it as you will
i think the support proficiency is the best out of the 4 tho
