idk how bf does it but usually maps are rendered with pre-baked lighting in it for quite a bit of stuff
so if you want a map at different day times, then it may as well be 3 different map files

From what I've read I'm sure there are some kind of input bug, if you are particular enough to notice slight deviations in how much you move your mouse vs. how much you turn in-game. I have not really noticed, like I would also not notice if anyone changed my FOV from 88 to 89 or I lost a FPS or stuff like that. I also would not be surprised if there was some kind of deviation where the bug could be worse on some setups.
