AFAIK, (and I don’t know 100%) but you don’t need to pay for rights to use a gun name. If you want to have trademarks yes. But the gun itself, I don’t think so.
For example, if they wanted the gun to be called the FN SCAR H, and have the FN logo on there, I ’m pretty sure they’d have to shell out for that. But otherwise I don’t think they do.

It's still silly how a single player can kill a tank instantly, especially since Mackay and Sundance can kill tanks more effectively than Engineers will be able to. I personally want single-infantry vs tank to be a challenge like it is in Battlefield V. It's doable, but you need to be hammering the tank's engine in order to do it.
