im a bit confused on the tanks, i just tried one and when i went 1st person and i was charging the shot, my aimer wouldnt move at all, but when im in 3rd person it is able to move around while im charging, not sure if its the lag or what]

if you mean the tor, that's normal, in 3rd person your camera moves but the actual tank turret doesnt (it moves, just not fast)
when charging up the tank, the new one, you cant move the turret that much
