yes, its to hit gpu bottleneck waaay before the cpu,

that why limiting framerate with rivatuner might also just be a solution

so if you are stuttery at 90fps because of cpu usage,

cap the framerate to 80, and use the extra gpu performance on some better looking gpu demanding settings can fix most of the issues

this is not a battlefield only issue, happens in all games

Like, there are urban areas in Hourglass and Kaleidoscope, but both of those maps are actually mostly not urban/city... and those are maps that have been very popular for Battlefield in the past
