problem with manifest is that on breakthrough it induces people to camp on both sides a lot more than be very aggressive/quick paced. It gives a chance for the bad player to kill a better player because the bad player has been hiding in some acute corner for 5 min and finally getting a kill

cause game is still very very cpu dependent, even after recent updates, so its more so a cpu-based metric than a visual one
if you have an rtx, only thing i can really recommend is turning off RTAO and DLSS, even tho the latter is nice, it can have performance impacts

ya know I just installed a new cooler today I was running stock, stock would idle at 150F
it probably runs better just from that as the new cooler cut my cpu temps in half

then i dont really know what to suggest, i mean the high fidelity objects setting being set to low/med is a good start, same with undergrowth and shadows, but tbh you wont see a major fps change from the visual settings

i mean if you want to try, you can go all low, see what fps you get, if its good, raise it a tad until you feel it stressing
but again its not gonna be great, game still has pisspoor optimization

tho way i will say, after turning off game bar capturing, i had a slight decrease in cpu%
i think ive been avg ~85-90% instead of 95%+
so its possible just having xbox capture, perhaps i was capturing at a high fps, was a culprit
well actually the settings say 30fps @ Standard, which is lowest
regardless i turned it off to help

Yeah turning off recording helps at least.
I heard shadowplay can hit quite hard as well.
