Like, the thing with shotguns is, in a direct engagement, unless the shotgun user is blind, really stupid, or both, they will generally win. Shotguns have 0 TTK. You cannot outplay that in a direct engagement, that’s just not possible. Combine this with the fact that in BF4 it is possible for a shotgun to get oneshots out to longer ranges than would typically be expected of a shotgun. Sure it’s not consistent but the fact that it’s possible is a problem, and makes fights against shotgun users incredibly annoying. They are stupid easy to use. As such, banning or removing them from a server or game is always justified.
